These cups have a thick wooden base for increased weight and stability which together with the natural, more rugged finish add to the authenticity of their look and offer plenty of characted. Each cup is unique and has plenty of texture from primary horn layers. the colours range from blacks to creamy browns and whites. They are roughly polished and made from cattle horn, sealed with a food safe lacquer.
This isa natural hand crafted product and there will be variation in size, shape and colour. Each cup is unique and the images show a small selection of the wide colouring variation.Some marks from the animal's life or crafting process are likely. These blemishes are completely normal and are not considered defects.

Horns are by-products of the meat industry. Our horns are salvaged from this so instead of going to waste, they are cleaned, reconditioned and turned into a beautiful vessel to start a new life.They're hand crafted of natural materials (ox or cow horn) so are likely to present some marks from the previous life or crafting process. None have a perfectly smooth finish by the very nature of the items which adds to their rustic charm. Each is handmade, beautifuland unique. All our horns are cleaned, sculpted and polished by our craftsman to a beautiful finish and are safe to drink from.
